January Speaker Dr. Robert Fleck. "The Imputed Value of IT Certification Using Unobtrusive Measures". The presentation is based on the one recently presented to the MidSE Chapter of ACM Professional Conference in Gatlinburg, TN. Co-Authors are Ruth Fleck and Ralph Kuehn.
Speaker bio: University administrator, faculty member for over 30 years. Consultant to firms such as St. Francis, Columbus Water Works, TSYS, and Pratt & Whitney. Author or coauthor of four books on information systems and over two hundred professional papers. Received awards for service, research, and teaching. Past President of Chattahoochee Valley Chapter of AITP, Past President of MidSE Chapter of ACM, Past President of Columbia Chapter of ASM. Have held elective office and served on several boards of directors. Member of First Presbyterian Church and Sons of the American Revolution.
